When your stressed out there is nothing more soothing than listening to a  good oldies reggae CD. I really love my island; to be at Lime Cay (sea level) in the morning taking a swim and up at New Castle (4000feet above sea level) in the evening sipping a cup of Blue Mountain coffee with a slice of warm bread pudding. Really a paradise of an island.
