Club Ambiance is now listed for sale. This 81,117.50 square foot hotel site is located on the new coastal road that leads West from Ocho Rios to Discovery Bay in the town of Runaway Bay. Runaway Bay has always been a popular resort area with several hotels, villas, a golf course and spectacular beaches scattered throughout.
